GSC believes that effective governance is essential to our success.

Our strength in governance starts with an independent chairperson, leading an independent Board, which is focused on strategy, ethical behavior and continuous business improvements. To reflect our GSC roots, our Board of Directors is comprised of 50% pharmacists and 50% community of interest members who oversee both GSC and the GSC Foundation.
